This is one I've never tried. But a friend that knows good chili gave it to me. I know it looks pretty strange, but I've cooked stranger and there's some pretty weird and wild recipes to come in the new year. If anyone tries this one before I do please let me know how it is.

5 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 (31 oz) cans chili beans
6 (16 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
2 (16 oz) cans whole potatoes, quartered
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz) jar mild taco sauce
1 (8 oz) jar hot taco sauce
1 (heaping) tbsp Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
Generous sprinkle of dill weed, garlic powder,and coarse ground pepper
2 small Hershey bars
1 large green pepper, chopped
Saute meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except, Hershey bars and green pepper. Cover and simmer 1 hour and 50 minutes. Add chocolate and green pepper; simmer additional hour. 12-14 servings
